To sprout into classic beansprouts: Soak 6-8 hours, rinse 3 times daily. Sprout in darkness, preferably under weight. Enjoy from 2-3 days onwards
To Cook: Soak 4-8 hours, then cook for 45 minutes or boil in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes |
