Brewers yeast is a by-product in the production of beers and spirits. It is highly nutritious, high in protein and minerals - especially potassium, iron, phosphorus and zinc. Also extremely rich in vitamins A,B1,B2,B3,B6,C and folic acid. Use sprinkled over soups, in savoury dishes, on its own or in drinks.
